The migration path

KLARA exports your data as Excel workbooks. Axiom imports those workbooks directly — chemicals, inventory entries, SDSs, and hazard classifications — into its native schema. We handle the mapping, edge cases, and validation.

    You export the standard KLARA Excel workbooks (chemical list, inventory, SDS index).

    Axiom ingests the workbooks, reconciles duplicates against its chemical substance registry, and reports conflicts for review.

    You validate a sample of imported records. We adjust the import rules until everything round-trips.

    Go live in parallel with KLARA for a pilot period, then cut over when your team is ready.
